• Cody Ross 15-Day DL, Left foot- Placed on the DL retroactive to May 22 with a foot fracture, which could keep him out until the end of June or longer.
• Aaron Cook 15-day DL, Knee- Required eleven stitches for a laceration just below his left knee.
• Darnell McDonald 15-day DL, Right oblique- Placed on DL retroactive to May 13 with an oblique strain and is on a rehab assignment with Triple-A Pawtucket..
• Jason Repko 15-day DL, Left Shoulder- Is recovering from a separated shoulder and was cleared to begin rehab on May 22.
• Daisuke Matsuzaka 60-day DL, Elbow- Is dealing with a sore shoulder and neck while on a minor league rehab assignment with Triple-A Pawtucket
• Jacoby Ellsbury 60-day DL, Right Shoulder- Will not need surgery and is wearing a brace and may return in early July.
• Carl Crawford 60-day DL, Left Wrist- A ulnar collateral ligament sprain in his left elbow has put the wrist rehab on hold and he may be out until the All-Star break.
• Andrew Bailey 60-day DL, Right Thumb- Recovering from surgery and is expected back after the All-Star break.
